FIDH and Human Rights Centre Viasna have on 24 July 2015 addressed the following letter to Ms. Federica Mogherini (High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission), Mr. Johannes Hahn (Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy & Enlargement Negotiations) and the 28 Member States of the European Union, in advance of the first EU-Belarus human rights dialogue since 2009, to be held in Brussels on 28 July 2015.
