On 15 September 2006 FIDH submitted to the Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) of the International Criminal Court (ICC) comments on its draft policy paper on "The interest of justice".
FIDH already submitted a paper on the notion of "interest of justice" in November 2005, available in French.
