France: police guilty of murdering a teenager, 17-year old Nahel

On 27 June 2023, 17-year-old Nahel was killed by a police officer during a traffic stop in Nanterre, a Paris suburb. This murder occurred some ten days after Alhousseine, age 19, died under similar circumstances in Charente. The International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) shares the conclusions and demands on the French government of its French member organisation, the Ligue des Droits de l’Homme (LDH), published below.
