On 29 November, Nabeel Rajab, FIDH Deputy Secretary General and President of the Bahrain Center for Human Rights, could be released.
Indeed, he will have then served three fourths of his sentence. And Bahraini legislation provides for early release when the three-fourths of a sentence have been completed in minor offences’ cases.
This is what FIDH is requesting in an open letter to the Bahraini authorities, published on 21 November.
You too can join this action : Wednesday 27 November at 3 pm (Central European Time).
