These despicable attacks are directed at all of humanity.
We wish to stress that the exceptional measures that have been adopted are a response to the present emergency but should only be applied for a limited period of time and harbour no stigmatization.
We wish to join the appeals expressed for the solidarity of all citizens against fear and for the protection of freedom, democracy and our will to live together.
