Publication of a report on the conditions of detention in the Republic of Belarus
Paris, Minsk, 2 September 2008 – The International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) and the Centre for Human Rights of Belarus (“Viasna”) launch the report of an international fact-finding mission on the conditions of detention in Belarus.
