21 July 2026. The first submission, submitted with a coalition of six other civil society organisations, assesses India’s compliance with the Convention with respect to Dalits (caste-discriminated communities), Adivasi peoples, and ethno-religious groups, especially Indian Muslims.
The second submission, prepared with the Kashmir Law and Justice Project, focuses on India’s obligations under the Convention in Indian-administered Kashmir.
