At the occasion of the opening of the Plenary Session of Judicial Officers of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) on 7 September 2009, FIDH and its member organisations in Cambodia, ADHOC and LICADHO, issue a position paper: "The participation of civil parties before the ECCC must be preserved".
