FIDH-ADHOC-LICADHO Comments on victim participation at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC)
In the perspective of upcoming ECCC Plenary Session of Judicial Officers on the issue of organising the participation of civil parties in proceedings, the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) and its member organisations in Cambodia, the Cambodian Human Rights and Development Association (ADHOC) and the Cambodian League for the Promotion and Defense of Human Rights (LICADHO), have presented their observations and recommendations.
