Joint Letter of Allegation concerning the prosecution of Rafael Marques de Morais by the Government of the Republic of Angola
On August 2, 2013, a number of civil society organisations, addressed a letter of allegations to the ACHPR and the UN Special Procedures on Human Rights Defenders and Freedom of Expression concerning the situation of the journalist Rafael Marques de Morais who face judicial harassement in Angola.
