Guide for NGOs on the implementation of the UN migrant workers’ convention

Following the entering into force of the international Convention on the Protection of the Rights of all Migrants Workers and Members of Their Families in 2003, members of civil society have decided to create the International NGO Platform on the Migrant Workers’Convention (IPMWC)- which includes FIDH as a member - to facilitate the promotion, the implementation and the monitoring of the convention.

This Platform is a forum allowing NGOs to work for the support of the rights of migrant workers and their families.

IPMWC has published a guide for an effective use of UN human rights mecanisms by local and regional NGOs working for a better protection of the rights of migrant workers and their families.

This publication is available in French, English and Spanish.
