At the occasion of the Public Hearing organised by the Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) of the International Criminal Court (ICC) for NGOs and other Experts on 26 September 2006 in The Hague, Mr. Antoine Bernard, FIDH Executive Director, presented the position of FIDH on the Prosecutorial Strategy of the Office of the Prosecutor of the ICC.
A second Public Hearing for NGOs and other Experts was organised by the OTP on 18 October 2006 in New York. At this occasion, Ms. Jeanne Sulzer, Attorney-at-law coordinating FIDH Legal Action Group, also presented FIDH analysis of the strategy of the OTP.
