The International Secretariat of the FIDH is a human-sized organisation with a committed international team (49 employees in France, 20 employees in several offices abroad (Belgium, Geneva, The Hague, Bangkok, Tunis). Our Paris office is located in a lively and central area of Paris (near Bastille and Gare de Lyon).

We are recruiting : COMMUNITY MANAGER (M/F) ON 12-month fixed-term contract

Under the supervision of the digital communication officer, within the communication team (6 employees), the Community Manager is responsible for writing and animating our digital content on social networks.

Your main tasks :

• Animate the FIDH social network accounts in English and French → Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube), Twitter EN/ FR;
• Create adapted content (visuals, videos, stories, reels, textual content) to highlight the work of the FIDH, sometimes in collaboration with the graphic designer;
• Relaying the highlights of current events related to the work of the FIDH;
• Maintain an editorial calendar of publications on all social networks;
• Moderate posts, mentions and comments on the various social network accounts;
• Set up and maintain statistical monitoring with KPIs, with a view to growth;
• Produce monthly visibility reports on the impact of FIDH publications;
• Define and implement influencer marketing (targeting, contact, follow-up);
• Work with fundraising to manage social media ads.

Profile required

4/5 years of higher education in the field of communication, journalism or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field or position (community manager or social media manager), preferably in an NGO and/or media.

Terms and conditions of employment
Full-time fixed-term contract based in Paris 11e

• Remuneration: from 32K€ gross per year over 13 months, according to experience
• Teleworking possible with a minimum of 4 face-to-face days per month.
• 24 days of RTT per year
• Restaurant vouchers with a face value of €9, paid 60% by the FIDH
• Supplementary health insurance: employer’s contribution of €85 per month
• Sustainable mobility package or 50% of the cost of public transport passes.
