Palestine thereby recognizes the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court over international crimes committee, in particular in Gaza, as of 13 June 2014. FIDH, the first international organization to enter Gaza after the “Protective Edge” operation, carried out a fact-finding mission there and urged the Palestinian authorities to adopt the ICC Statute.
