FIDH third-party intervention: access in Greece for same-sex couples to an alternative to marriage
On 20 June 2011, FIDH, jointly with ICJ, AIRE-Centre and ILGA-Europe, submitted written comments in the Vallianatos & Mylonas v. Greece, C.S. & Others v. Greece cases concerning the exclusion of unmarried same-sex couples from the possibility of an alternative to marriage where different-sex couples have been provided this possibility by new legislation.
