Lubanga found guilty: the ICC’s first verdict

On Wednesday 14 March 2012 at 10am, Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Court (ICC) delivered its first verdict, at the end of the ICC first trial against Thomas Lubanga Dyilo, who was found guilty of the war crimes of recruitment, conscription and use of child soldiers in Ituri, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
