Filing a Communication before the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ rights
This manual is designed to address this shortcoming, and to explain and clarify the basic procedural steps to follow when submitting complaints („communications‟) to the African Commission.
The manual is therefore only intended to familiarize those without any litigation experience before the Commission with the Commission‟s communication process. It is not intended to be exhaustive, and may contain errors. None of the organisations involved in the publication of this manual are liable for any use that may be made of
