"The International Criminal Court and Sudan: access to justice and victims’ rights"

One year after the referral by the UN Security Council to the International Criminal Court (ICC) of the situation in Darfur, FIDH, its partner organisation SOAT (Sudan Organisation Against Torture) and the Khartoum Center for Human Rights and Environmental Development (KCHRED) are publishing their report "The International Criminal Court and Sudan: access to justice and victims’ rights".

This is the report of the first round table on the ICC since the Security Council referral organised by FIDH, SOAT and KCHRED, in collaboration with the Coalition for the ICC (CICC) and the International Human Rights Law Institute (IHRLI), in Khartoum on 2-3 October 2005.
