The Ninth Session of the Assembly of States Parties (ASP) to the Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) opened on the 6th December 2010. FIDH sent a delegation to present FIDH recommendations and participate in the various sessions and events organised throughout the ASP, from 6 to 10 December 2010 in New York.

At the eve of the opening of the Ninth Session of the ASP, FIDH published a position paper with its main recommendations to the Ninth session of the ASP.
