The International Criminal Court arrests DRC rebel Jean-Pierre Bemba and is
to try warload Thomas Lubanga. What does this mean for international
justice?

The International Criminal Court has struck a blow against impunity by
arresting Jean-Pierre Bemba, the notorious rebel leader and former ex-vice
president of the Democratic Republic of Congo. In the court’s first actual
trial, Congolese warload Thomas Lubanga faces charges that he recruited child
soldiers. A panel of experts discusses how these events will affect the search
for international justice.
